Blivids are a group within the supergroup of Abyrabs. The Blivids are identifiable due to their larger eye, elongated mouth, long body and most importantly only possess fins on their backs and tails. Usually inhabiting the coastal areas of the Great Oceans East, West and South Coasts they have been seen in open waters, shallows and reefs. Large predators such as most of Blivids are usually dominant in a small area not allowing weaker carnivores into their domain if able to defend it or if found the intruder.

Blivids will prey on whatever they can find Fish, Mammals, Reptiles, Small Leviathans and Serpents, whatever you can name they’ll at least attempt to eat it, not the fastest of swimming Abyrab nor Aquatics they are usually ambush predators, hiding in plain sight until its time to strike and launch forward with a brief yet great amount of speed towards their unwary dinner.

Equipped with the same hard carapace as other Abyrab and a greater size allows them to be just as tough but more dangerous to other creatures as they tend to be very hungry predators. Their elegongated mouth allows easier eating from both fresh kills and claws, their thin body may resemble that of a serpent but alas these are not your typical reptiles sadly as some Gobbis find out the hard and final way that Blivids are not as docile as most sea serpents are.
